Learning with the Videos

Choose a course, then follow its numbered recordings. Pause and replay sections at your own pace. These archive videos support observation and study; they do not replace instruction from a qualified teacher. Spear practice requires suitable space and appropriate training equipment. Start with controlled movements and do not practise weapon contact without supervision. Original audio and subtitles are recorded separately: the site does not claim subtitles where none have been supplied. The subtitle guide explains browser caption options, whose availability depends on your browser and the spoken language.
